Gizmo 1]Are you sure the texture is saved in the same folder as the model. 2]Did you use LoadAnimMesh 3]The .x exporter doesn't work that well. I've had that problem few times in the past. That's all that I can think of right now.

Ok I finally got a really good looking semitransparent health bar going... what else do you want me to include in the hud?
Also Pirate is there a reason for the frame tweening, it messes up my sprite lib and makes the screen turn white... when I comment it out all works normal.
Does anyone know what the variable for health is? I can't find it.

i put in the delta timing code to replace the frame tweening code pirate had initially. the frame tweening either snuck in or its just sitting there, obsolete and buggering up the system.
[edit] it appears pirate has re-implemented the frame tweening code. i wonder if delta timing would work better for your hud system?

hey pirate, do you have UU3D? if so i could animate the soldiers. also i think we should do some equipment for the player to use like mines or something. i accidently turned my spider bot into a land mine

Okay... i got the armor bar done (just like the health bar but red) I am currently trying to think of a creative way to make a flashlight bar.
